Our real estate experience with Mary was better than I thought possible. My husband and I had plans to move to California from South Carolina to be closer to our children. We have only lived on the east coast so going West was a big unknown.

We had contacted Mary to help us find a home. She spent a lot of time finding out what we were interested in, showing us homes, educating us to the market, educating us as to how real estate transactions are managed in California and being supportive answering all our questions.

We bought a home and Mary was very proactive getting all the details co-ordinated for the real estate transaction and making sure that things were done in a timely fashion. Everything went smoothly. Even though Mary is a busy person she always made time to help us and make sure our transaction was moving along.

Mary is very knowledgeable about real estate an is able to transfer the pertinent knowledge to her customers, she is honest and conscientious in her business dealings, and is very personable. Our dealings with Mary were successful and delightful. I did not think that it could be possible to have such a good experience.

Me and my wife met Mary back in 2008...

...we were in the market to purchase a home. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with what we were looking for. But due to the market and family issues we decided not to move forward. Fastforwd to 2018, we decided to move forward with our first home purchases, we initially contacted a different realtor, he was helpful but not to knowledgeable about or needs and the market seems like it was his first time on the job. We decided to call Mary up and use her skills and knowledge to help us find a home. She was very busy with her work schedule, but because we where a returning client from 2008, she was willing to help us even though our price range wasn't what she was use to handling. Mary showed us some homes and we finally decided to put an offer on one. She also referred use to a very good lender that was will to help us get into our first home. She helped us and walked us through the house buying process. We really appreciate all her time and hard work with negotiating the price and knowledge of buying a house. We would definitely recommend her to family and friends from now on. She is the best realtor that we have ever met and worked with. So happy to have her on our side and not pressuring us to buy and letting us take our time.

Throughout this process I felt very comfortable and all my of questions were answered...

I was looking to by my first home in a new town that my company was moving me to. Searching for homes online I found the PHRealty website which seemed to have better info and search results then Zillow or other real-estate websites. I found a few homes I liked and once I asked for more info on one of the homes, I was contacted that day by one of their realtors!

The realtor who called me was Tami, she was friendly and professional and we set up some home tours for that weekend. Once we were on the tour she showed us a variety of homes within our price range, but in different areas of town so we could get a feel for what we liked. Tami must have read our mind because we put an offer on the third home we saw that day!

During the buying process the principle realtor, Mary, joined in to help with some of the legal stuff and some of the more complicated points. Throughout this process I felt very comfortable and all my of questions were answered by our two contacts with PHA. We wanted to get into the home by the end of the year, so we were able to close escrow within 25 days with the help and effort of PHA.

We are really happy that we found Mary!

We found Mary through a manufactured home company as we were deciding on the best way to sell our home and property.  We called Mary to discuss our home and situation and she was very willing to work with us.  When Mary came to our home to assess our house and property she quickly had a lot of ideas on how to improve our place and make it more appealing and sellable.  She was truly a fountain of brainstorming ideas - very impressive and encouraging!  She listened to us and heard our concerns and thoughts and she was able to give us a lot of answers so that we could make a decision on what to do to sell our property.  She didn't just tell us the obvious "curb appeal" ways to fix things up, but looked deeper at some of the real issues that our home had.  She was very open and honest which was greatly appreciated.  In the end we chose to replace our existing house with a new manufactured home that should really appeal to buyers.  Mary is a very confident and hard working agent and I know that when our property is ready to sell she will make it happen.

We were new to the area and Mary was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction...

...while we figured out which neighborhoods were right for us. Once we found areas we liked the PHA website was great for sorting out houses that matched our requirements. We'd had lots of issues with trulia and zillow having bunk listings and didn't have that problem with the PHA site. Mary was quick to respond and set up appointments once we found a few houses we thought we'd like, she even helped us find some other houses we'd overlooked. Since it was the first house my wife and I have purchased it was nice to have her help and patience as we honed in on what we were looking for.

I feel like she is helping me rather than helping herself...

I could tell you this long story of why I went with Marry as my realtor. If we had more time and some beers, I would, but instead why don't I tell you why I have kept her as my Realtor. I am an educated person, that doesn't mean I know much about real estate. I have looked at buying a house for a while but never went any further than looking at realtor.com. I saw a condo that was sooo cute. After talking with a realtor that had no answers to my questions and who left me frustrated and even more lost than pre phone call, I called my dad. He put me in contact with Mary. After one long phone call my frustrations were eased and we found out that the property was in escrow. This started my education with real estate. Mary took her time with me, teaching me about information that I need to pay attention to, questions I need to be asking and more. This is all great but the deeper reason I stay with her is because she LISTEN'S to me. She listened to me tell her about my lifestyle. She taught me pro's and con's of what I was telling her I wanted. Come to find out houses are a lot of maintenance ( ;)), none of which I currently want. She discussed tons of options with me. She gave me information which helped me narrow my property search. Though I can afford more than what I am looking at, she respectfully stays in my price range. She does not make me feel pressured and I feel like she is honest with me. I feel like she is helping me rather than helping herself. If you want an educated realtor who has information to be shared, if you wish, and you won't feel pressured than I think you should call Mary. If you want someone to talk you into something you really don't want and make you feel on edge, Mary might not be the realtor you're looking for. Hey, have fun out there shopping/selling your house!!!!

Mary was beyond amazing!

As a first time home buyer, I checked out a few different agencies and typically the first thing that was asked was "what is your price range?" and then the conversation would be done in about 15min. The first time my wife and I spoke to Mary, she learned about who we were, what our plans are for the future, provided us with a little education about home buying and then finally about what we wanted in a home. We spoke for 45min the first time and I knew right from the beginning she was going to be amazing. Throughout the entire process of looking for a home, I never felt like she was forcing me into something out of my price range, she made sure I was educated on anything that I needed to know, and she made sure that this was the right home for us even when we could afford more.

Mary was an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with the home that she helped my wife and I find. Anyone who is attempting to buy or sell a home, I would highly recommend Mary to be your realtor. If you do choose her, I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed!
